Media Kits
Media kits may be brought to the convention center starting June 21st for display in the media-kit area. All kits must be brought in person as we cannot accept early media kit shipments. To accommodate all companies wishing to leave media kits, please leave no more than 50 kits at a time, and replenish them as needed. We suggest using a standard size folder (8 ½" × 11") for your media-kit materials.
Media Lists
An initial list of registered media expected to attend the TechConnect World Conference and Expo will be made available on Monday, June 7th, 2010. Updated media lists will be distributed each week until the date of the show. The final list will be distributed on Monday, June 21st, 2010.
Newswire Services
PR Newswire is the official newswire service of the TechConnect World Conference and Expo and collocated events. Exhibitors who wish to send out press releases or create Online Press Kits for the event can contact the PR Newswire / Virtual Press Office events team directly at sales@vpoinc.com or visit the online news room to order event related marketing tools. Only news releases and online press kits managed by PR Newswire / VPO will be displayed on the event web site.
