Poster Abstract Submission Information - Submissions Closed

All submission will be reviewed by our prestigious international review committee with a preference towards applications-focused work with clear industry relevance. Symposia are specifically designed to have both industry and academic speakers.

Your submission should include a 500 word text-only abstract, and a 2-page maximum PDF attached file. The abstract PDF file should include the paper title, author’s names, affiliations, and a contact e-mail. It should include figures and references to relevant literature, including publications and patents by the author’s group. Please underline the presenting author and use no smaller than 12-point type. There is a 4MB size limit on files. Please do not password protect or encrypt your PDF file.

  3. Complete the Abstract Submission form including the 500 word text-only summery
  4. Upload your PDF file

Important Dates

  • Abstracts Due: Submissions Closed
  • Notification of Acceptance: Rolling notifications
  • Papers due: March 24, 2017 (for accepted abstracts received before February 28)

Paper Publication

All accepted authors who submit by February 3 will submit a 4-page technical paper for publication within the annual TechConnect Briefs. The briefs are distributed and referenced globally both on-line and in print, and indexed in the major databases including the Chemical Abstract System (American Chemical Society ), Science Citation Index (SCI) and ISI Web of Science (Thomson Reuters), Compendex and Scopus (Elsevier). We look forward to your abstract submission and publication.

Journal Submissions

You may request your work also be considered for submission to one of the following journals. During the online abstract submission, select the journal you wish to be considered for. Note: this does not guarantee acceptance or inclusion to the selected Journal.

Authors who have requested special Journal consideration will be contacted directly by the journal editors after the event. Accepted authors will be given specific instructions for submitting to the Journal which are likely to include revision and expansion of the paper. We do not make the Journal acceptance decisions.
