He pairs his strong marketing and strategy background with his experience in emerging technologies, new product development, and innovation.
As Vice President of Innovation for the Bob Barker Company, Omland is leading the Company's charge to identify and incubate transformational new businesses.
Prior to this role, Omland led the start-up of a $1.5B medical device company's groundbreaking Customer Facing Systems group, driving efficiency and effectiveness of the global sales organizations through technology. He also served as Director of North America Marketing and Director of Global Marketing, leading strategy for the $260MM global Teleflex Surgical franchise.
Before he joined Teleflex, Omland worked as a Product Director for Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a Johnson & Johnson company. He is a graduate of the company’s Commercial Leadership Development Program and earned his MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business.
