Pryor CashmanJeffrey Snow is a partner in the Intellectual Property Group of the New York law firm of Pryor Cashman. He has been practicing law for over twenty years in the intellectual property field, including all areas of U.S. and foreign patent, trademark and copyright litigation, prosecution, licensing, opinions, and due diligence support for transactions. The technical areas in which Jeffrey works include mechanical and electrical products, software, and medical devices. In addition to matters in the federal courts and the United States Patent and Trademark Office, he has become increasingly involved in international litigation, including judicial proceedings in Canada, France, Australia and foreign intellectual property offices such as the European Patent Office and EUIPO. Jeffrey’s previous positions include the first Director of Intellectual Property for Barnes & Noble and partner at the international law firm of K&L Gates and the intellectual property boutique Cooper & Dunham. He has a degree in Mathematics-Physics from Brown University and received his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
