SIMUNE is a company expert in atomistic simulations that helps leading R&D groups save cost and time, and accelerate the whole materials design process in a variety of applications such as semiconductors, energy storage, catalysis and other technological applications. SIESTA is both a method and its computer program implementation, to perform efficient electronic structure calculations and ab initio molecular dynamics simulations of molecules and solids. SIESTA is under continuous development since it was first published and is currently used by thousands of scientists worldwide.

Value Proposition: SIMUNE`s solutions successfully serve the needs of leading industrial, academic and research customers across diverse industrial applications such as semiconductors, MEMS, OLED, PV cells, power storage, new compounds, etc. Our aim is to help R&D groups save cost and time and accelerate the whole experimental process.
We train researchers on atomic scale computer simulation, we cooperate with them in complex simulations challenges and code development and we give them scientific support when this is needed.
SIMUNE has recently been appointed as SIESTA Manager in order to assist the Industry (and also Academia) with the use of the popular and innovative SIESTA code, a standard of atomistic simulations, and apart from the simulation and materials design service, we offer support, training and development/integration of customized modules and interfaces specifically for SIESTA. SIMUNE works closely to the developers of SIESTA (www.simune.eu/about-us).
SIESTA will be shortly released as a new distribution licence, which means that the industrial, academic and research users will have free access to the code and SIMUNE can help them with professional support, development/integration of customised modules and more.
