Summary:During the past years, advances in CVD Graphene synthesis, transfer and wafer-scale integration have opened new industrial applications to the landscape. Outstanding properties of CVD Graphene layers, homogeneity, industrial-scalability and reproducibility are the main drivers for the development of new Graphene based electronics devices. In order to evolve to the next step to develop early stage technology products Graphene foundry services may be offered to the industrial community. The key success factors to move forward in the development of the Graphene based electronics will be presented and discussed.
