Through its Advanced Technology Group (ATG), UltraTech has produced a game-changing odor elimination technology, called Aveho, that is ready for retail, textile and industrial applications. Aveho is a metal-modified silica solution that removes malodors (unpleasant odors) from the applied area. While many odor elimination technologies attempt to mask malodors, make use of antimicrobial chemicals, or easily release the odors they originally capture, Aveho either binds odors or catalytically converts them. Aveho excels in the elimination of oxygen-based, nitrogen-based, and sulfur-based odors, which are the major constituents of common malodors. Aveho is fragrance-free, but also can be combined with fragrances if desired. Aveho can be applied directly as a liquid to items that contain malodors (unpleasant odors) or it can be applied to fabric for applications requiring wash-durable odor elimination. Aveho, whether used in industrial, retail or textile applications, is an effective, high-capacity fragrance-free odor elimination technology that has been shown to eliminate many aggressive, unpleasant odors. Aveho has been evaluated per the US Consumer Product Safety Commission’s (CPSC) Federal Hazardous Substances Act (FHSA) and the Canada Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations 2001 (CCCR 2001) and is safe for consumer sales.
