Summary:
Allergies are among the most common chronic conditions worldwide. The rise in the prevalence of allergic diseases has continued in the industrialized world for more than 50 years. WHO predicts that in two years, 50% of Europeans will be allergic. Dust mites are the most common trigger of year-round allergies and asthma. Around 10 million dust mites are found in the average bed which is a reservoir of their food, human skin cells.
