Brendan is the leader of External Innovation where he advocates for partnering with companies or universities to accelerate the company’s growth programs. In his career at Eastman, he been a key leader for Eastman’s acquisition-based portfolio transformation, led new business development programs as well as organizational leadership roles in R&D. In his current role, he also leads R&D groups that driving new product launches in established existing businesses.
