Emergency Underwater PNT using Autonomous Surface Vehicle Constellation

TECHNOLOGY SUMMARY

We propose the creation and testing of a global (or at least theater level) precision underwater navigation system for underwater vehicles, making using of small, low-cost autonomous sailing platforms, such as the SubSeaSail, as the “ocean cube sats."
