TECHNOLOGY SUMMARY
We have developed a novel hyperdimensional nucleic acid detection system with the capability to detect a single absolute copy of SARS-CoV-2 target RNA and a consistent and reliable LoD of 2 copies/µL, the power to factually effectively eliminate false negative outcomes, and an estimated false positive rate of ~0.0%.
