Craig E. Green is CTO of Carbice Corporation, developing nanomaterial based thermal solutions for electronic devices. Born in Baltimore, MD he received his B.S. degree from Cornell University in 2002 and his Ph.D. from Georgia Tech in 2012, both in mechanical engineering. His background is in the thermal and fluid sciences, with a focus on the thermal management of electronics.
