TECHNOLOGY SUMMARY

ZTACH® ACE is an epoxy paste, cured in a magnetic field, either at low temperature or with ultraviolet light, but no pressure. Particles within the paste align, forming micro-wires along the Z-axis. After formation, conductive wires maintain their structure having been immobilization within a now solid, but flexible epoxy matrix.
