Lily is currently a senior scientist in BASF Plastic Additives group, specialized in additive stabilizations for polyolefins and engineering materials. Before joining BASF, she worked in the compounding business with a focus on filled and unfilled polyolefins. She also has working experience in polymer binder material synthesis and applications in the paint and coatings industry. Lily earned her Ph.D degree in Chemistry in Lehigh University. In addition, she attained her MBA degree in North Carolina State University with a focus on product entrepreneurship and commercialization.
