Greg Pitner is a Technical Manager with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company in the Corporate Research Exploratory Materials and Devices group. He obtained a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2012, followed by an M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in 2018. For more than 10 years, Greg’s research has focused on demonstrating fundamental advances in component modules of high performance carbon nanotube-based transistors for beyond-Si electronics as both an academic and industry researcher. His collaborative research has been published in >35 scientific conference and journal papers with >5 issued patents. Previously Greg was a visiting scholar at IMEC and an engineering intern at IBM.
