Dr. Yiliang Wu is currently the Director of Technology and Innovation at CollTech Group, North America, leading adhesives, TIMs, and packaging materials development. Prior to joining CollTech, Yiliang was a Sr. Principal Scientist at TE Connectivity, leading Printed Electronics and High-Performance Polymers researches for connectors, sensors, and medical devices applications. Before that, Yiliang had 15 years’ experience at Xerox Corporation, championing the development of organic semiconductors, metal nanoparticles, and dielectric materials for printed organic electronics such as thin-film transistors. He is the author/coauthor of 100+ papers and has 250+ issued US patents under his name.
