Will Lovins is a Technical Leader in AECOM’s Southeast Water Business Line. Based in Orlando, Florida, he has over 25 years of experience serving municipal clients with planning, testing, design, and optimization of physical and chemical processes for liquid-solid separation. Will has been actively involved with AECOM’s Harmful Algal Bloom clean-up and restoration projects starting in 2018. In addition to supporting algae harvesting via dissolved air floatation, Will is actively involved in developing robust methods for algae dewatering for subsequent transformation for beneficial reuse. Will received his BS, MS and PhD in Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida
