Mr. John C. David is the Chief Technology Officer for BryceTech where he is responsible for ensuring BryceTech products and services maintain utmost quality and remain resilient through dynamic conditions, such as technology advances and accelerated growth. I work closely with our client support leadership to forecast client needs and collaborate across the organization to meet those requirements. Mr. David brings expertise in science and technology development in health and biosciences. His skills include medical countermeasure development with experience in operational use, laboratory development, and program office funding and requirements. He has an expert level understanding of US military and medical overlaps, gained through leadership as a US Naval Officer in both line and staff corps assignments, experience working with infectious disease agents, and a Master of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Prior to BryceTech, Mr. David was the Vice President for Health and Biosciences Market Development at Parsons Corporation where he set up the strategic and tactical plan that supplied focus and targets for Parsons’ growth in biosurveillance and health systems. From 2018 to 2020 Mr. David was the Director, Science and Technology Division at LMI Consulting leading the scientific cadre of around 100 scientists and engineers in product development and delivery to US Government clients. From 2008 to 2018 he worked The Tauri Group where he rose from program manager to Director, Asymmetric Threat Mitigation Division. Prior positions included MRIGlobal (2002 – 08) and US Naval Officer (1990 -2002).
