The River Otter Reactor (ROR) is a waste and water treatment system which destroys toxic forever chemicals (PFAS) in water supplies while converting waste into renewable fuels. ROR can be deployed anywhere people are producing waste to reduce landfill or incinerator use, decontaminate water, and locally produce fuels.
