Summary:

Marquis is at the forefront of bio-manufacturing innovation by producing carbon-negative ethanol in 2024. Marquis has been certified in low-carbon markets such as the European Union RED since 2011. Marquis is undertaking a carbon sequestration project to permanently remove 1.2 million metric tons of CO2 from the atmosphere. In addition, Marquis has developed and operates a sustainable agriculture program that is third-party audited and verified. With all of these programs MArquis will create carbon negative ethanol at 400 MGPY scale in 2024.
