Dr. Damon Hartley is a Senior Research Scientist at the Idaho National Laboratory and also serves as the Deputy Relationship Manager to DOE’s Bioenergy Technology Office. Prior to his current role, Damon served as the Analysis Lead for INL’s Bioenergy Program and as the Group Lead of the Operations Research and Analysis Group. Damon received his PhD in Forest Resources Management from West Virginia University in 2014, where he focused on modeling and optimization of bioenergy supply chains.
