Jaydeep is a Principal Engineer in the Open Innovation team at Commonwealth Fusion Systems (CFS). With a focus on advancing fusion energy commercialization, the Open Innovation team plays a pivotal role in establishing strategic partnerships across industry, academia, and national laboratories.
Before joining CFS, Jaydeep led the Grid Analytics Group at Eversource Energy, where he spearheaded new predictive maintenance initiatives in the energy sector. Before Eversource Energy, Jaydeep held an R&D position at Hitachi Energy, where he led innovations in electrical transformer technology. Jaydeep holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
