Over 30 years of experience leading engineering and project management of plasma and fusion research facilities, including KSTAR (Korean Steady-state Superconducting Tokamak) and ITER, in the areas of design, construction, and operation. In addition, over 20 years of experience managing research and development policy, international collaboration, and technical negotiation for major R&D institutions and national government agencies.
