It is pursuing the global deployment of commercial fusion through the combined development of spherical tokamaks with high temperature superconducting (HTS) magnets. Michael leads the US business and is building the commercial partnership strategy to scale Tokamak Energy. Tokamak Energy is building upon over a decade of experience and will bring clean fusion power to the grid in the 2030s. Michael Ginsberg is a renewable energy leader and author with 15+ years of experience developing green hydrogen plants and utility-scale solar + storage and microgrid projects worldwide. Michael holds a Doctor of Engineering Science from Columbia University where he specialized in the techno-economics and scalability of polymer electrolyte membrane electrolyzer systems.
