Mr. Matt Naveau is the Chief Technology Officer at Tangram Flex. Matt was one of the earliest to join the Tangram Flex team when the company was founded in 2018, and through a variety of engineering and leadership roles, he has helped to build Tangram into a defense-focused software company enabling digital transformation for critical systems, especially in the areas of open architecture adoption, interoperability, integration, and assurance. In his current role as CTO, Matt leads the engineering and product management teams in delivering and applying Tangram’s integration platform software, Tangram Pro, and serving Tangram’s government and industry customers.
Prior to joining Tangram, Matt has held engineering, program management, and product management roles at Northrop Grumman, Advatech Pacific, and General Dynamics. Through this time, he gained extensive experience with cyber security, embedded systems, and communications at the tactical edge with a focus on tactical cross domain solutions. Matt is a graduate of the University of Dayton and a licensed Professional Engineer.
