DARPA IPT Vehicle Tern Program Air Vehicle VMS and Flight Controls lead, Guidance Navigation & Control IPT Lead Special Projects, DARPA Aeroelastic Controls lead. Expert in design of aircraft, UAV Flight control, control of aeroelastic systems, vehicle management systems and integration of mission systems. Mr. Vetter has a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of California at Davis.
