Ms. Kramer is an accomplished, innovative, and process-oriented leader with nineteen years of experience leading systems engineering, quality engineering, and production engineering efforts and teams to ensure robust technology development through all phases of the product lifecycle for various commercial and Department of Defense (DoD) electro-mechanical technologies. Ms. Kramer has held engineering and management roles at companies such as Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation, Abaco Systems, GATR Technologies, and Toyota Motor North America, and has a Professional Certificate in Models and Methods to Manage Complex Systems from MIT xPRO. In her role at Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation, Ms. Kramer was Model Based Systems Engineering Manager, providing senior level systems engineering and subject matter expertise in model based systems engineering to form, lead, and grow teams of model based systems engineers developing Enterprise Major System Component logical specification and physical design models incorporating Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) objectives for the US Army PEO Aviation customer. In her current role, Ms. Kramer is a member of LMI’s Digital & Analytic Solutions team, functioning as lead for LMI’s Digital Engineering Practice Area. In this position, Ms. Kramer is responsible for building company-wide Digital Engineering capabilities and capacity, inclusive of solutions, people, approaches, and tools that are deployed to enable LMI’s clients. In this role, Ms. Kramer also drives the delivery of critical MBSE and digital engineering capabilities across a range of solutions deployed to enable customers within LMI's Space Market.
