Destry has over 20 years of experience in business development, program management, engineering, CBRN, and test and evaluation. He served as the Director of Technology Development at the U.S. Army Futures Command Synthetic Training Environment Cross-Functional Team in Orlando. Before that, he was Chief of Program Integration at the U.S. Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, Sentinel Program office, where he led the Program Management of the new Nuclear Missile design and technology development while managing the program office execution of the processes, organizational structure, workforce development, training, and operations. He also managed outdoor testing and training operations at Dugway Proving Ground. He began his career with the U.S. Army doing emergency and laboratory medicine work, then transitioned to conducting engineering and explosives operations worldwide. He has a Doctorate from Columbia Southern University and is a proud graduate of Liberty University and George Washington University.
