Paul Zielinski is the Executive Director of the Federal Laboratory Consortium for Technology Transfer (FLC), supporting over 300 federal labs in moving federal technologies from the laboratory to market. Prior to this role, Paul has spent over 30 years in government service across several agencies, including leading government-wide policy workgroups for technology transfer. Mr. Zielinski has an MS in Engineering, an MBA, and a bachelor’s degree in biology.
