Mr. Scott Wigginton is an experimental developer for avionics integration for DEVCOM AvMC. Mr. Wigginton leads Science & Technology research into Modular Open Systems’ Approaches, innovative integration, and model based systems engineering. His 20 years’ experience spans Air Force and Army avionics systems ranging from exploratory research, through systems development, airworthiness qualification and flight testing. A principal author of the Future Airborne Capability Environment Technical Standard, he leads international research to align open standards. Mr. Wigginton holds a Masters of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Old Dominion University. He is a member of the Army Acquisition Corps.
