I was drawn to manufacturing and product development because I have always been interested in how things are made. I enjoy the challenge of identifying market trends, developing new products for those markets and figuring out how best to make them.
I went back to school mid-career to earn my Executive MBA because I really liked the challenge of understanding what products cost and wanted to learn more about how customer requirements, design parameters, manufacturing choices and market trends all could affect this and how to build a detailed business plan to take these challenges into account.
