April Luczywek is the Systems Engineering Sr Mgr for Engineering Integration and Modernization at Lockheed Martin Space . In this capacity, she is responsible for the advancing the state of the art of Systems Engineering from pre-capture through design and into sustainment. In concert, she supports both tactical and strategic initiatives, including 1LMx cross-BA initiatives associated with the Functional Leadership Teams (FLTs) in both System Engineering and Architecture (SE&A) and Integration, Test & Evaluation (IT&E).
April has nearly 20 yrs of experience serving Lockheed Martin in roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as the Program Manager for Space's Tri-MFO Augmented Reality team. April has both managed and executed programs in RMS and Space business areas by building cross-disciplined engineering teams that effectively worked complex concepts and delivered customer solutions.
April holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University, is a graduate of the Advanced Technical Leadership Program (ATLP) , is OMG SysML certified, and is the Vice President elect of INCOSE's Greater Philadelphia Chapter.
