Kyma Technologies,
United States
Summary:
Kyma Technologies is working within the CLAWS hub to advance technology for high voltage power electronics, primarily focused on halide vapor phase epitaxy (HVPE) for the growth of thick epitaxial layers of gallium nitride (GaN) and gallium oxide (Ga2O3) for vertical power devices. The CLAWS research foundry provides access to synergistic technologies as well as critical expertise and collaboration partners at various levels of the supply chain. One focus of our CLAWS work is to mature Kyma-developed processes and position them to be utilized for continued advancement by others accessing the research development kits (RDKs) through the hub, enabling another pathway for commercialization and transition of these critical emerging Technologies.
