Summary:

Many heating and domestic hot water systems benefit from increased thermal storage capacity. Surprisingly, many mechanical rooms are constrained by the size of the door to the facility as it limits the dimensions of any equipment that can be installed. Awkward multi-tank arrays can be avoided with Thermal Energy HQ's modular Thermal Tank. Consisting of EPP wall pieces, a TPO surround, and a PVC liner, it allows for easy and cost-efficient transportation and hassle-free onsite assembly in tight and hard to reach spaces. The tank features additional benefits. Its high insulation value preserves energy, the unpressurized operating principle and absence of corroding components increases the lifespan and reduces maintenance needs, all components are 100% recyclable, and its one-time-fill design as a thermal battery with a load-side heat exchanger prevents accumulation of minerals, metals, forever chemicals or radionuclides in the tank water. The tank is available in sizes from 350 to 700 gallons with larger options coming in Spring of 2026.
