Kevin Stoll is the Chief Operations Officer at Critical
Materials Recycling (CMR), where he leads operations, production scale-up, and
the integration of advanced processing technologies for rare earth and other
critical materials. In this role, he is responsible for translating R&D
into reliable, industrial-scale operations—overseeing process development,
capital deployment, and day-to-day manufacturing execution.
Kevin holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State
University and an M.S. in Chemistry from North Carolina State University. Prior
to CMR, he served ten years as an active-duty U.S. Air Force engineer,
including work in aircraft structural design and as a Senior Instructor of
Chemistry at the U.S. Air Force Academy. His background bridges deep technical
expertise with operational leadership, supporting the development of resilient,
domestic critical materials supply chains.
