Kevin Stoll is the Chief Operations Officer at Critical Materials Recycling (CMR), where he leads operations, production scale-up, and the integration of advanced processing technologies for rare earth and other critical materials. In this role, he is responsible for translating R&D into reliable, industrial-scale operations—overseeing process development, capital deployment, and day-to-day manufacturing execution.

Kevin holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University and an M.S. in Chemistry from North Carolina State University. Prior to CMR, he served ten years as an active-duty U.S. Air Force engineer, including work in aircraft structural design and as a Senior Instructor of Chemistry at the U.S. Air Force Academy. His background bridges deep technical expertise with operational leadership, supporting the development of resilient, domestic critical materials supply chains.
