Monica Roy is a strategic
partnerships leader and product development expert with more than 20 years of
experience across industries including components, medical devices, defense and
SaaS. A seasoned ecosystem builder, she connects industry, academia, startups,
and research institutions to drive innovation and economic development. As
Senior Director of Corporate Engagement at QuantumCT, Monica leverages her
experience with product and partnerships to advance quantum technologies and
grow Connecticut’s emerging quantum economy.
Monica has mentored startups for
eight years and teaches Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Trinity College in
Hartford, Connecticut. She holds a BA in Biology & Society from Cornell
University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
