Call for
Business Panels

Breakthrough technologies require customers, capital, partnerships, manufacturing, market insight, government engagement, and organizations willing to adopt and scale new solutions.

TechConnect World Innovation Conference convenes business leaders, technology companies, investors, government partners, universities, manufacturers, and innovation ecosystem organizations to invigorate conversations around how emerging technologies move from concept to real-world use.

We are looking for practical conversations led by people with direct experience navigating the business of innovation -- from bringing a new technology to market to identifying emerging capabilities, building industry partnerships, securing investment, scaling production, entering government markets, and accelerating technology adoption.

What deserves discussion? We want to hear from you.

What Makes a
Strong Panel?

  • Address a meaningful business, commercialization, investment, adoption, or deployment challenge
  • Feature participants with direct experience in the subject
  • Bring together multiple perspectives, rather than a single organizational viewpoint
  • Encourage genuine discussion, rather than a series of presentations
  • Use real examples to illuminate broader lessons
  • Give attendees insights they can apply to their own organizations, technologies, investments, or partnerships

Panels should be educational and discussion driven. Proposals designed primarily to promote a company, product, or service will not receive priority.

What Should We Talk About?

We welcome ideas across the business and commercialization landscape, including:

From Innovation
to Market

Commercialization pathways, technology transfer, customer discovery, market validation, product-market fit, and scaling emerging technologies.

Corporate Innovation &
Technology Adoption

Technology scouting, open innovation, external R&D, startup engagement, pilot programs, strategic partnerships, and how organizations evaluate and adopt emerging technologies.

Capital & Investment

Venture capital, corporate investment, non-dilutive funding, strategic finance, emerging investment models, and what makes technologies and companies investment ready.

Manufacturing &
Scale-Up

Moving from prototype to production, advanced manufacturing, supply-chain development, scale-up infrastructure, domestic production, and manufacturing readiness.

Government &
Mission Markets

Dual-use commercialization, government procurement, technology transition, public-private partnerships, mission-driven innovation, and pathways into federal markets.

Partnerships &
Innovation Ecosystems

Industry-academic collaboration, consortia, regional innovation ecosystems, strategic alliances, commercialization partnerships, and collaborative approaches to technology development and deployment.

Building & Scaling
Technology Companies

Go-to-market strategy, customer development, partnerships, talent, growth, market entry, and lessons from building technology-driven businesses.

Emerging Markets &
Strategic Technologies

New markets, business models, commercialization challenges, and partnership opportunities developing around rapidly advancing technologies and strategically important industries.

These are starting points, not limits. If there is an important business or commercialization conversation the innovation community should be having, we want to hear it.

Who Should Participate?

We encourage participation from across the innovation ecosystem, especially from cross-sector and cross-organizational perspectives, including:

  • Industry & Corporate Leaders
  • Professional & Technical Services
  • Technology Companies & Startups
  • Investors
  • Government & Mission Partners
  • Manufacturers
  • Universities & Research Organizations
  • Technology Transfer & Commercialization Leaders
  • Accelerators & Economic Development Organizations
  • Innovation Ecosystem Organizations
