MARCH 10-12, 2026 | RALEIGH, NC |
The ME Commons CLAWS Hub is driving U.S. leadership in wide bandgap (WBG) and ultra-wide bandgap (UWBG) semiconductors that enable next-generation systems for AI data centers, quantum technologies, advanced defense electronics, and resilient electrical infrastructure. This session will highlight progress across CLAWS’ core technology segments—including III-Nitrides, SiC, Ga₂O₃, and diamond—covering materials, processing, packaging, and heterogeneous integration. Presentations will showcase advances in high-efficiency power electronics, RF and photonic devices, and thermal management critical to performance and sustainability. The session will also emphasize the Hub’s workforce development initiatives aimed at building a skilled talent pipeline to support U.S. innovation and supply chain resilience in the WBG
