Base of the Future, Passive Performance NetZero Autonomous Expeditionary Buildings
Modula S ultra-efficient building envelopes enable cost-effective NetZero buildings. We reduce energy demand to an absolute minimum, and then we implement systems integration of HVAC and power systems for operational efficiency. The enabling technology is a 6.5” thick, low cost, lightweight, code-compliant insulation assembly rated at R-60.
Carbon negative specialty chemicals
Solugen uses synthetic biology and metal catalysis to make specialty chemicals at industrial scale from corn while sequestering CO2 in the manufacturing process. This platform technology is currently used to make chemical intermediaries with many different end uses, including corrosion inhibitors, chelation chemicals for agriculture, and deicing fluid.
